REGULATIONS
Service – website https://www.budzowskiwierch.pl
Apartment – a residential premises described in the offer presented on the website https://www.budzowskiwierch.pl which the Guest rents for recreational purposes for a short-term stay.
Online reservation – reservation made on the website in real time using the reservation engine located on the website https://www.budzowskiwierch.pl.
Preliminary reservation - not guaranteed - this is a reservation that the facility will keep in its resources until a specified date
the offer includes the date of payment of the deposit.
Guaranteed reservation – a reservation that has been partially paid by the customer within the time specified in the offer.
Customer/Guest – a natural person or a legal entity using the apartment on the basis of the contract concluded with
The service provider of the contract for the temporary use of the apartment.
Service Provider – being the owner of the website https://www.budzowskiwierch.pl/ and entitled to
providing guests with short-term apartment rental services in exchange for an agreed remuneration.
§1 General provisions
These Reservation Conditions constitute an integral part of the short-term apartment rental agreement concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider.
Under the rental agreement, the Service Provider undertakes to prepare and make the apartment available on the agreed date,
in exchange for an agreed remuneration.
Apartment reservations can be made for a minimum period of 1 (one) day, unless the offer on the website states otherwise.
§2 Methods of making reservations
These Booking Conditions constitute an integral part of the apartment rental agreement concluded between the Guest and the Service Provider
The customer can book the apartment in the following way:
– online via the booking engine available at www.budzowskiwierch.pl,
– via e-mail, by sending a message to the following address: sekreta@budzowskiwierch.pl,
– by phone at: +48 600 104 000,
– in person at the reception, the so-called walk-in reservation.
The above reservations are preliminary reservations and do not bind the aparthotel in any way.
In order for the contact to be considered an inquiry about booking a stay, the interested party must provide: the name and surname under which the reservation is made, the date of stay, the number of people in the room and the number of rooms, the customer's contact telephone number and the used
client's everyday email account.
Confirmation of the reservation of a stay at the facility is the payment of the reservation fee by the reserving party to the aparthotel's account.
Apartments of a given type are located on different levels of the building. Therefore, a reservation does not mean selecting an apartment on a given floor or on a given side of the building, but rather a reservation of an apartment of a given type located in the facility.
§3 Fees and payment terms
The amount of the fee for the booked stay in the Apartment is always provided on the website https://www.budzowskiwierch.pl/ after selecting the appropriate offer or on the confirmation of the reservation if made via e-mail or telephone.
The price for the reservation is displayed after selecting a given offer and adding extras, if they are included in the offer and are mandatory or if they are optional and selected by the Booker.
The fees are given in Polish zlotys and are subject to the VAT rate in accordance with applicable tax law provisions, i.e. 8%.
The rental fee includes the cost of staying in the Apartment for the number of people indicated in the reservation.
The rental fee includes services in accordance with the offer and does not include the costs of additional services ordered during the stay.
The amount of the reservation fee, corresponding to the value of the entire order, is provided in the offer sent to the e-mail address of the person making the reservation.
The aparthotel will set a deadline by which the customer is obliged to pay the reservation fee to the account in order to book the stay. If the payment is not credited to the account by the specified date, the reservation is treated as null and void.
In the transfer title, the Customer is obliged to provide: name, surname, date and reservation number.
The date of payment of the reservation fee is the date of posting the amount on the Aparthotel's bank account or the date of receipt of cash at the Aparthotel's cash desk.
The aparthotel will confirm receipt of the payment in accordance with applicable regulations, and at the customer's request, it will issue a VAT invoice
to the data provided in the booking inquiry.
From the date the reservation fee is credited to the Aparthotel's account, the reservation becomes an order and has the status of a guaranteed reservation. The specified date of stay and ordered services is binding for both parties, i.e. the Aparthotel and the Customer.
The customer pays the remaining amount for the stay at the facility on the day of arrival at the reception - before the start of the stay. The payment of 100% of the price for the stay constitutes the conclusion of an agreement between the Customer and the Aparthotel for the stay according to the order.
The customer's refusal to pay 100% of the stay value on the day of commencement of the stay constitutes the customer's withdrawal from the reservation.
The aparthotel will retain the reservation fee paid.
The contract, which constitutes an order with confirmation of the reservation, expires on the day of the Customer's departure from the Aparthotel,
no later than the date specified in the order.
§4 Changing and canceling a reservation
Changing the reservation date or the Apartment category is only possible provided that it is available on the indicated date and the difference in the price for the stay, if any, is paid.
The customer can change the reservation date no later than 14 days before the start of the stay, unless the offer states otherwise.
Changing the reservation by the Service Provider is only possible in the event of force majeure, which makes it impossible to provide the service. Force majeure means strikes, wars, riots, natural disasters, seizure of the apartment by any state authority at any time.

In exceptional situations, in particular a failure in the apartment or another random event, the Service Provider reserves the right to provide another apartment with parameters and area similar to the booked one. If the Guest does not accept the change, the contract will be charged
is terminated, and the Service Provider is obliged to refund the Guest the fee paid for the booked stay.
The customer can cancel the reservation at any time.
Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (letter, e-mail, text message) under pain of nullity.
Cancellation of a tentative-non-guaranteed reservation is not required. Nevertheless, it will make the reception's work easier.
Cancellation of a reservation by the customer after payment of the reservation fee, guaranteed reservation:
– in the event of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation before the free cancellation deadline specified in the reservation
– The Aparthotel will refund the fee less bank costs within 14 business days;
– in the event of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation after the free cancellation deadline specified in the reservation
– the money paid is non-refundable. The aparthotel will keep the amount paid.
If a non-refundable offer is selected, the reservation fee is not refunded.
If the Customer does not show up at the facility by 10 p.m. on the day of arrival, the Aparthotel has the right to cancel the reservation and keep the amount paid. In exceptional cases, this date may be changed, but must be agreed with the reception.
§5 Stay
The stay starts from 4 p.m. on the first day of the booked date. The stay ends at 11.00 on the last day of the booked date. The guest is obliged to return the card or key to the apartment to the reception employee.
Check-in hours are 16.00 - 22.00.
Guests are obliged to comply with the night curfew hours, occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations of the facility.
Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. any behavior that disturbs the peace and quiet is prohibited.
The guest can only use the SPA zone located in the facility where he or she has made a reservation.
Only hotel guests can use the Spa area in the facility.
The guest should report any defects or damage noticed on the day of arrival. In the event of damage occurring during the stay, the Guest will be charged with the costs of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment.
The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the apartment, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
The guest undertakes to ensure that the number of people staying with him in the apartment does not exceed that specified as the maximum on the website or on the booking confirmation. Invited persons are obliged to leave the apartment before 22:00.
The aparthotel does not accept stays with pets, unless pets are allowed in a given apartment and the customer has paid the pet fee.
Use of the relaxation zone costs PLN 100. in 50 minutes from each apartment.
Use of the playground is free. Due to this, if it is impossible to use
failure due to failure or other reasons, you are not entitled to a reduction in the booking price or a refund.
The playground can only be used under the supervision of guardians.
Smoking in the apartments is completely prohibited. A guest who does not comply with this prohibition will be charged a fee of PLN 800 (eight hundred zlotys) or €200 (two hundred euros) to cover laundry costs, among others. curtains, carpets and bedspreads in the apartment.
In case of violation of the rules specified in the Reservation Conditions, the Service Provider has the right to deduct from the deposit collected from the Guest, among others: remuneration due for the stay of an unregistered person, costs of restoring the apartment to its original condition. Where the value of claims
exceeds the value of the deposit, the Guest is obliged to immediately cover the difference.
In the event of an exceptionally flagrant violation of the rules set out in the Booking Conditions, inappropriate behavior, failure to observe night curfew, vulgar speech and inappropriate behavior towards staff and other guests, the Service Provider has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and remove the Guest and accompanying persons from the apartment.
If you lose your apartment access card, please inform the staff immediately. The fee for a lost card is PLN 50.
§6 Complaints
The guest has the right to exercise the right to complain about the service and pursue claims in this respect, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The condition for considering a complaint is to submit it in writing to the address of the Service Provider's registered office.
Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Information about the result of considering the complaint will be sent to the Guest at the postal address indicated by him or by e-mail
